Small, cozy bedroom with a single bed and bathroom. Exclusive kitchen available, as well as shared use of laundry room and terrace with grill. Parking is available in the courtyard, to the right of the house. 3 km from the old town. Marktkauf, Mediamarkt, Baumarkt and other shops are within walking distance. It is a suite in a single-family house (bungalow) where our family lives. We have two lovely dogs (Lilli and Berry) who like to welcome our guests.

The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. It is accessible via the main entrance via a separate (!) A place of rest close to nature. The bedroom has a large, cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and there is a sofa bed. Das 120 m² große Erdgeschoss bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Gäste (inkl. Handtücher und frisch bezogene Betten) und ist ideal für Familien oder Freunde , die ein entspanntes Umfeld suchen. Es gibt mehrere kleine Inseln wie z.B. unsere Leseecke oder Kaffeebar. Für die Kinder sorgt ein kleiner Spielbereich und Sandkasten. Der 700m2 Garten bietet viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden oder einen gemütlichen Abend am Lagerfeuer.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.

The house has underfloor heating and is completely barrier-free, including the showers.
