The house is located in Mårup on the North Island, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900m in the air line between both beach sides. The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, starting right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. We have the specialty shop AUTUMN and a Wine & Coffee shop. View Tower Henhouse

Relax in this unique and tranquil home with the view tower and the ocean as a neighbor. Small, charming home surrounded by views. You'll be staying in a small annex on your way to the tower. You have your own oasis in the middle of our property - a small homestead with fields to the sea. The property is located on the hill of the lookout tower in Besser, where the sun rises over the sea or where the evening sun can be enjoyed in the viewing tower. The view reaches the sea and fjords. You can walk along the field road to a lovely secluded beach in 8 minutes.

Charming cottage close to the beach

If you want to stay in a truly idyllic summerhouse atmosphere close to the water, the summerhouse as we call Bette A might be for you. Bette A is located on a large plot with only 200 meters from lovely beach - Mårup Østerstand. The garden invites for play and coziness with trampoline, swings and large terrace. Bette A is from the 70s, but just renovated, so the house is bright and with a new kitchen. There are 3 rooms. Three rooms with a three-quarter bed (140cm) and a room also have a bunk. The place is within walking distance to Nordby and Mårup

Experience lovely Røsnæs near Kalundborg in a beautiful cottage with panoramic views of the water from a large living room with an open kitchen. The cottage is in the middle of Denmark's probably largest wine district. There is a nature on Røsnæs with a lighthouse, which is worth visiting, and the house is located so that you can choose walks on both the north and south sides of Røsnæs. There are swimming opportunities from the swimming bridge and opportunities for coastal fishing, tennis, golf and to visit wine farmers.

Unique cottage with sea view and direct access to sandy beach, only 25 METERS away. Free use of garden furniture, shelter, gas grill, sea kayaks and paddleboard. Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

We have a unique location all to ourselves and only 2km to Ballen and Tranebjerg. In 2022, the old potato room has made in 2022 a lovely 55m2 holiday apartment with a cozy living room , a few good rooms, spacious bathroom and a small tea kitchen for light cooking in the combi-oven or on the two induction squares, in addition it contains a small fridge without freezer The apartment has its own entrance, as well as a large outdoor area where you can enjoy both the sunrise and the evening sun☀️🌸👌

Idyllic little house by Nordby's attractive sandy beach and nature, private path to the beach, 1.5 km. to Issehoved along the beach, 1km. to Ballebjerg, 300m to Nordby's gadekær. You can practice water sports, fishing or enjoy nature. Sun terraces and beach bench. You use Præstemarksvej to arrive at the house. Double bed, sofa bed and large loft, Wifi. Small cozy guesthouse

Relax in this little guesthouse - perfect starting point to get around and see all the amazing places on the island. The house is centrally located on the island and within cycling distance to both the beach, dining and the many flea and food stalls on the island. Take an evening walk to the Animal (the highest point of the South Island) or walk the 2km to the water and enjoy the sunset.

Originaly strange summerhouse in nature reserve

The house 10 B is atonally renovated part of a historic 3 wing wood frame house from 1680, located I the cosy village Stauns, with a small dinghy harbour, a excellent starting point for kayak and canoe sailing on the nature reserve Stauns Fjord. It's not a summerhouse area due to preservation . The house has floor heating and a bekkasin stove. A unik fusion of new and old

TINY HOME SAMSØ - 300 m from the water

TINY HOME SAMSØ is located about 800 meters from Sælvig Harbor with the two ferries to/from Jutland. The house was built in 2022 - we took it over in March 2024 - and are renovating it continuously to improve comfort and quality. There are 300 m to the water, where you can go for a nice walk along the coast and 800 m to a fantastic beach with a jetty.

Krogebæk

The house is a renovated farmhouse surrounded by meadows and small forests. The location at the end of a long dirt road with only a few neighbors gives you the feeling that you are all by your self. The water is 2-300 meters away and the sunsets by the sea are marvles. Pets are welcome - and there is a small horse available right next to the house.
