If you want to stay in a real idyllic cottage atmosphere close to the water, then the cottage we call Bette A might be something for you. Bette A is located on a large plot of land only 200 meters from a lovely beach - Mårup East Beach. The garden invites you to play and enjoy with a trampoline, swings and a large terrace. Bette A is from the 70s, but just renovated, so the house is bright and with a new kitchen. There are 3 rooms. Three rooms with three-quarter beds (140 cm) and one room also has a bunk bed. The place is within walking distance of Nordby and Mårup

Modern independent apartment in the south of beautiful quiet country estate. 2 rooms with 2x90cm beds as a double bed in the garden room and 1 140cm double bed plus good sofa bed in the meadow room. Kitchen with modern amenities and 5 dining areas as well as a small sofa. Access to private terrace with barbecue and shared garden. Bathroom with shower and changing table. Beautiful views of gardens and fields. Fireplace, hill with a view, 850 meters to a beautiful beach. We have chickens, beekeeping and organic sheep farming on the farm. Electric car charger 11W.

Relax in this unique and quiet home with the lookout tower and the sea as a neighbor. Small, charming home surrounded by views. You live in a small annex on the way to the tower. You have your own oasis in the middle of our property - a small farmhouse with fields to the sea. The property is located on the hill to the lookout tower in Besser, where the sun rises over the sea, or where the evening sun can be enjoyed in the lookout tower. The view extends over the sea and fjord. You can walk along the field road to a lovely, uncrowded beach in 8 minutes.

Vacation home near beach, marina and nature

The house is located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There is 900 m as the crow flies between both sides of the beach. The house is spacious, high to the ceiling and with many cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characteristic of Nordøen, it starts right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST and a Wine & Coffee Bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works can be found in the Café. Experience lovely Røsnæs near Kalundborg in a beautiful cottage with panoramic views of the water from a large living room with an open kitchen. The cottage is in the middle of Denmark's probably largest wine district. There is a nature on Røsnæs with a lighthouse, which is worth visiting, and the house is located so that you can choose walks on both the north and south sides of Røsnæs. There are swimming opportunities from the swimming bridge and opportunities for coastal fishing, tennis, golf and to visit wine farmers.

We have a unique location all to ourselves and only 2 km to Ballen and Tranebjerg. The old potato sprouting room has been gently transformed in 2022 into a lovely 55 m2 vacation apartment with a cozy living room, a couple of good rooms, a spacious bathroom and a small kitchenette for easy cooking in the combi-oven or on the two induction hobs, plus it contains a small fridge without a freezer The apartment has its own entrance, as well as a large outdoor area where you can enjoy both the sunrise and the evening sun☀️🌸👌

Unique cottage with sea view and direct access to sandy beach, only 25 METERS away. Free use of garden furniture, shelter, gas grill, sea kayaks and paddleboard. Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

Large guest apartment (86sqm) in the beautiful village of Besser. The apartment has a separate entrance from the main house, so you can enjoy your privacy and peacefulness. It has two spacious bedrooms, one large bathroom (with separate shower and bathtub), a spacious and bright living room, with a dining table that sit eight people. The kitchen include induction cooktop, mini-fridge, coffeemaker, dishes and silverware, and toaster oven. It is walking distance to a cute cafe and sandy beach.

Relax in this small guest house - the perfect starting point to get around and see all the amazing places on the island. The house is centrally located on the island and within cycling distance to both the beach, restaurants and the many flea and food stalls on the island. Take an evening walk to Dyret (the highest point of the southern island) or walk the 2 km to the water and enjoy the sunset.

Originaly strange summerhouse in nature reserve

The house 10 B is atonally renovated part of a historic 3 wing wood frame house from 1680, located I the cosy village Stauns, with a small dinghy harbour, a excellent starting point for kayak and canoe sailing on the nature reserve Stauns Fjord. It's not a summerhouse area due to preservation . The house has floor heating and a bekkasin stove. A unik fusion of new and old

TINY HOME SAMSØ - 300 m from the water

TINY HOME SAMSØ is located about 800 meters from Sælvig Harbor with the two ferries to/from Jutland. The house was built in 2022 - we took it over in March 2024 - and are renovating it continuously to improve comfort and quality. It is 300 m to the water, where you can take a nice walk along the coast and 800 m to a fantastic beach with a jetty.

Krogebæk

The house is a renovated farmhouse surrounded by meadows and small forests. The location at the end of a long dirt road with only a few neighbors gives you the feeling that you are all by your self. The water is 2-300 meters away and the sunsets by the sea are marvles. Pets are welcome - and there is a small horse available right next to the house.
