Lovely small apartment of about 50 m2. It is located at one end of the farmhouse which is an older 4 long half-timbered farm. 1 bedroom with large double bed. Small living room with sofa bed for 2 people. Small kitchen with dining area for 4 if you move the table a little out from the wall: -) The garden consists of a terrace with a gas grill. Large lawn. In the summer there are garden tables both in the garden and in the enclosed courtyard. Kitchen contains regular oven with gas burner, coffee maker, electric kettle. Private bathroom .

Relax in this unique and quiet space. The house is on a quiet road with peace and quiet and a nice garden with hammock and large black annex with beach equipment. There is the yellow bedroom with double bed and loft room / loft with double bed. In addition, a room on the ground floor with a double bed- the pink room. There is a kitchen with all equipment ( note mini oven) Bathroom with toilet and shower. Living room with loft for kip and a large sofa. Exit to garden with dining area. However, space for a dog is not in furniture and beds.

Guest house with wilderness bath & patio near bathing jetty.

We are a small family of 3, who have renovated a craftsman offer in 2023. Our lovely house and guest home are incredibly close to the beach in Kolby Kås. We have the island's most beautiful sunset and the best little beach. You get a nice double bed of 180x200 , private bathroom and toliet. Small living room and The kitchen. As well as a small nice private courtyard that is closed off, so you can be yourself. Our Teslalader can be used for an extra fee and we are always ready to guide you around on lovely Samsø ❤️🌈

The house is located with the most beautiful view to the sea. There is a wooden terrace around the house. There is furniture for both sides, and two sunbeds for relaxing. The house is furnished with a large double bedroom and 2 smaller rooms with 120 cm beds. The bathroom has a reasonable size with large shower room. The living room and kitchen are in one with plenty of space for everyone. The fireplace in the house is a fireplace. The trampoline is at your own risk. Feel free to take off your shoes when using it.

Super cozy and atmospheric apartment, in the best location in Ballen, just across from cozy Ballen Badehotel. The apartment's major attraction are the two large roof terraces. One with morning sun and one with evening sun. Especially the terrace facing the street and the seaside hotel exudes a southern vibe. The terrace with afternoon and evening sun in the back is more private and part for sunbathing. Cozy bright Bedroom with a double bed. Lovely bright living room with two sofa beds.

We live in a lovely little village with a cozy street pond, good neighbors and good togetherness. We have 2 km. to water, 5 km to Tranebjerg and 7 km. to Ballen with lovely beach and marina. On the farm lives Hanne & Jørgen and Claus & Winnie (and Fie and Buddy!). Newly renovated apartment of approx. 60 m2 with private bathroom King size bed in separate bedroom. Possibility of bedding. Dette skønne sommerhus har et fantastisk lysindfald fra syd og vest til det store alrum med køkken, stue og pejsestue i ét. Huset har mange hyggelige kroge inde og ude og er indrettet med både nye og gamle ting, så det er både praktisk, afslappet og hyggeligt at være i huset. Der er terrasser på alle sider og en stor have fuld af blomster og skovjordbær. Der er 5 minutters gang til den dejligste sandstrand og 25 minutters kørsel til Aarhus med Tivoli, Aros, Den Gamle By, Moesgaard osv.

Cosy cottage with lovely and private garden

Tag på ferie eller weekendtur på Samsø og bo i et charmerende hus fra 1877. Huset ligger i Ørby, beliggende på Sydøen tæt på smuk natur og et perfekt udgangspunkt for at udforske resten af øen. Til sommerhuset hører en stor have, hvor man helt uforstyrret kan nyde hele året. På koldere dage og aftener kan man stadig nyde haven fra en hyggelig pavillon.
