We live in the living room and you can expect normal “noise” from us, but we are generally quiet and calm. THE PRICE INCLUDES BED LINEN, TOWELS, DISHCLOTHS, DISHCLOTHS, COFFEE, TEA, UTILITIES AND CLEANING. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed and unfortunately pets are not welcome. You can charge your electric car about 150 meters from the apartment.

The house is spacious, high to the ceiling and with many cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characteristic of Nordøen, it starts right outside the door. Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

Take an evening walk to Dyret (the highest point of the southern island) or walk the 2 km to the water and enjoy the sunset.

The farm is secluded at the end of a gravel road, 5 km to Samsø's main town Tranebjerg, 5 km to Ballen and 3.5 km to the beach in Sælvig. Many opportunities for lovely walks, cycling and hiking.

Our guest house is located on its own, in the large courtyard. The house is cozy and partially modernized, has central heating and next to kitchen and bathroom contains of four bedrooms with a total of 8 beds - one room with a double bed and children's bed, three holding two single beds each. For bigger groups (min. 4 people) we offer breakfast with organic, local and homemade products, 125 kr/p.p. Please order well in advance!
