Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, the document of only one guest, the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the entire group, for the entire stay) and the tourist tax will be requested. Your data is shared only with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!
