My fiancé and I felt so at home here. Phil was perfect even chatted with us a few times. We decided to stay in town another night and he worked with us on staying another night. This has by far been our favorite place to stay. It was perfect for our little getaway. We have found our place to stay everytime we come to visit.

Nice and clean! Just what my friend and I needed for our day trip. The pool was surprisingly clean in comparison to other places. Parking was a bit scary since one hard swing of the door and it will have a wonderful talk with a solid concrete wall haha. Overall good place for a short trip, very quiet too which was a godsend!

We could not have had a better time! The house is clean. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens. The area is quiet and in a small marina. The rooms are a good size with flattering decorations. The kitchen was fully stocked. Keller, the host and owner, was responsive and accommodating. We would love to come back!

Joy was easy to communicate with. The condo is small but cute and it was perfect for our family of 4. The AC gets cold so that was a huge plus. The kitchen is stocked. And the beds and pillows were pretty comfy. The indoor & outdoor pools were both nice & clean. We didn’t use the assigned parking space in the garage as it’s quite small but that didn’t bother us. We fished the green lights on the small pier and just enjoyed the peaceful night breeze on the canal. We will definitely book again as our daughter just made the TAMUCC Islander dance team so we will be visiting a lot more often.

Great place. Perfect place to bring a boat. Large covered area to back the boat into and charge up for the night. Place was immaculate. Caught a lot of fish while there. Will stay again.

For the location, and price, this place is hard to beat. The host is very responsive, professional, and friendly. Quiet place just the way we like it. We had a great time.

Had such a lovely stay at Angela’s place! We’ve stayed at a few different spots in Corpus, but this was the first with a dock - and boy what a game changer! Such a nice treat to be able to sit and relax and watch the sunset. (and do some fishing!) The shared pool was another nice touch. Angela’s place was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Super convenient and quiet. Comfortable bed. Parking was a breeze. Perfect amount of space for us and our little pup. Angela was also very helpful and responsive with communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you so much Timothy for not only allowing a flexible early check in to give us the convenience of getting situated before enjoying the beautiful surroundings. He went above and beyond to communicate with me regarding check in process and a question that arised during our stay and promptly responded to me. The place was exactly as pictured. The balcony with rocking chairs was nice in the morning with a cup of coffee. The fishing pier and pool that is private to those staying on the property was the best part. This made it easy to never leave the condo and allowed us to enjoy our stay even more. Thank you for sharing your beautiful residence and giving us an opportunity to enjoy it!

We went to sandfest and this was the perfect location for it! The place was nice with many extra personal amenities like baskets with microwave inserts, makeup towels, plenty of toiletries, etc., to make it feel like home. It also has lots of utensils/pots in the kitchen to cook. There were plenty of beach towels & chairs for our use, too. Parking was easy access.

Me and my boyfriend had a great stay ! The place was very clean and we felt very comfortable, right by the beach with a dock and pool, We loved it !

We really enjoyed ourselves and had a great time! It was peaceful and we heard very little noise from the people that stayed close to our room. We did see a few bugs but, not many, it is an older condo so we understand it's hard to keep it completely bug free but, we could tell that they did exterminate the place because it wasn't infested with bugs. We were pleasantly surprised with the bed, the mattress was real firm and was comfortable to both of our backs😀, we even talked about buying a similar mattress for our bed when we get back home😀. The place is very small, it doesn't have a bedroom, it is just one room and the bed is in the living room but, it was just me and my wife so, we Loved it! Thanks again Erica for your kindness and hospitality!!!

I was hesitant at first because this appears to be an older building, BUT, the interior of this condo was virtually updated, fresh paint, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, the furniture was new, along with all the linens. The whole unit was bright and cheery. It made me happy that the king size bed was soooo very comfortable along with the pillows. The view from the patio was great. It had four outdoor Adirondack chairs with attached tables. Because the chairs were tall and the unit is on the 4th floor we were up high enough to sit comfortably and see way down the coast. Also, it's important to mention that the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful answering all our questions. All and all, we were delighted and totally enjoyed our stay there!

Beautiful, well appointed condo in a great location. Condo was well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfy. Lots of extras-beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, and a wagon to tote them in. Kitchen well stocked-even had basic spices, free coffee and filters. Location was fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants, shops, and services close by. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachside condo! It was cozy, well-decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was kind and very responsive throughout our stay. And if you’re looking for the best possible view—look no further. The ocean view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking and truly sets this place apart. Highly recommend for a peaceful and scenic beach getaway!

This was our second stay at this property. The rooftop hot tub is probably our favorite amenity but the entire space is perfect for my family. The owner leaves clear instructions for everything and very responsive touching base almost immediately after booking. We definitely look forward to future stays at this property.

Beautiful condo right by the beach in Port Aransas! My family stayed here for a few nights and it was amazing. This place is so beautifully decorated. Everything seemed new and well cared for... we game right at home. It was stocked with everything you need for your stay. The hosts responded quickly and were always friendly and helpful. We loved how easy of a walk it was to the beach and we also loved the pool area! Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!
