It's also just 2 miles from Aransas Bay and Rockport Beach, making it a great location for beach-goers. Watch the 4th of July fireworks display from the balcony. The condo is also perfect for Winter Texans and Snowbirds looking for a winter home.

Waterfront home with your own fishing dock and provides amazing fishing for people of all ages. For new years 2018 we caught 6 trout, 5 reds, 6 blackdrum all keepers and many other fish that didnt meet the limit. The fishing does not get much better! Newly remodeled home with Coastal Decor for a relaxing "peaceful" stay. Watch the Sunrise and Sunset from the deck. Winter Texans welcome and special monthly rates. kayaks are included. The hot tub is not for guest.
