This is the beach condo you’re looking for! So spacious, so many essentials plus more, right on the beach. Two balconies! If you’re looking in this area you don’t need to look further. We loved taking the kids and being right on the beach and having everything we needed!

We all had a wonderful time from our 26 year olds to my 82 year old mom. The house was so comfortable and peaceful we had a very relaxing week. The house was exactly as described and our hosts were extremely responsive throughout our stay.

I loved it! Great location, perfect amount of beds, fully stocked kitchen, beach accessories, and allowed pets. The only thing I would say that could’ve been better is the price - pretty steep for just two days after you account for all of the fees.

10/10 would recommend, great place to stay by the water

The condo was great, great reserved parking spot right in front of condo. Super close to pool and hot tub which were lovely. Didn't get the motivation to hit the gym unfortunately. Very close to the beach. Only down side were all the stickers everywhere in the grassy areas. Our dogs were scared to step into grass after several walks. Nothing the host could do, just the region.

This place was actually roomier than appeared in the photos but accurate description and pictures. It was quiet and comfy. Would stay here again.

Casa By he Sea was exactly as Yvonne described. Easily walkable to the beach, the private pool was very clean and well kept, with plenty of chairs for poolside lounging. Even though the weather created some internet outages, Yvonne was quick to respond with solutions. Plentiful parking for each unit, and plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The only items I did not like was the small size of the kitchen sink (no dishwasher, so dishes had to be hand washed), and the stovetop burners were a little challenging. But overall our experience was very enjoyable, and we would definitely use again and recommend to others.

This is my favorite place stay in Rockport! The location & view are fabulous. Has everything you need for your to stay, especially if enjoy to cooking.

We enjoyed our stay the place was amazing and just perfect for us to relax and enjoy some fishing off the pier. The only thing we would have liked is a smart TV so we could have watched our movies on our apps during the raining days that we had. We would stay again for sure and recommend it to anyone that wants a great getaway to relax and fish with an amazing view.

We were two families on a weekend vacation, the home had everything we needed, was clean and well kept. Gary was a great host, responded to every message very quickly before and after our stay. The boat dock and deck were beautiful and spacious. We all had a great time at the beach and fishing at the house. We often have large family vacations, this house would be great renting the upstairs and downstairs together.

Perfect place to stay, even for your dog! Really nice and clean, the backyard was safe and well taken care of. The home has a lot of curb appeal and one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Convenient to Salty Dog for doggy day care and not far from shopping. Hosts were great people and easy to communicate with. Will stay again!

Perfect place for our little family. Our toddler loved the pool and my husband loved the pier! The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The location is so close to everything! We were even able to walk to church on Sunday. We would definitely recommend Christin's place and look forward to staying again.

Beautiful home with 5 minute walk to the beach. A 1-2 minute drive to the beach. The home had everything you need for a beach weekend. Grill, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for kids, Home was spacious and kitchen had everything you need to cook.

Perfect home away from home. Beautifully decorated and cozy. Super clean. Large parking area and everything is fenced. Quiet neighborhood and close enough to anything you need. Our dogs were safe in the backyard and plenty of room to stretch their legs. Highly recommend this property.

This location is beautifully situated only a few minutes walk from the beach. We loved the view of the ocean from the porch! The condo itself seems to be new and well-built. We never had any issues with hearing other guests around us. In fact, a storm came through during our stay, and we barely heard the thunder. The condo was clean, in excellent condition, tastefully decorated, and well-stocked. I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen to feed our party of 8 each night. We love Port A, and Jessa's condo made this much-needed vacation extra special. Thank you!

Couldn't have asked for a better condo... checked all the boxes for what we were looking for. Great features inside and out (couldn't ask for better location, on the bay right next to the pier). We vacation here every year and I'm sure we'll stay here again :)

It was perfect for 2 adults n 2 kids. Location was great to get around in golf cart. Beach super close. Pool was great for the kiddos. Outdoor shower to rinse off n keep from tracking in all the sand was perfect. Definitely book again !

We had a fantastic stay at Troy’s condo for a weekend getaway during the Fulton Oyster Fest! The condo was exceptionally clean upon arrival, making it a comfortable and welcoming space to relax. The neighborhood was peaceful, allowing us to unwind after a fun day at the festival. The location was great—just a short drive to Rockport, Fulton, local restaurants, and the beach. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area while still being tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Troy was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and ensuring we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a relaxing and convenient Rockport getaway!

This was our second time staying at Roland’s place. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and essentials for cooking. The pool is perfect for the days that we just wanted to kick back and chill at the house. He was quick to respond to any messages we sent. A++ host!

The house and location were absolutely perfect. We had one issue with check in where our code didn’t work to get in the house and we unfortunately did have to wait, however Brandt & Laurie compensated us for the troubles, which made me feel a lot better. The house has plenty of room for sleeping arrangements and the kitchen has the perfect amount of space, the backyard was a great spot for us to hang out & we really appreciated how close we were to the beach access road. I do recommend is bringing house supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish pods, etc). We didn’t have some of these items at the start or ran out of it by the first day. Also highly recommend to minimize cars as well, we travel from all over Texas so it is hard for us to carpool. We had to find places to park our overflow of cars as you can only have 3 vehicles max (golf carts included in total). We will likely book here in the future as we loved the pricing, location and the house amenities.

I recently stayed at this beach condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the easy beach access — a short walk down the beach access boardwalk. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

When it says well stocked it was well stocked! Kitchen had anything you could dream of. Lots of paper goods, coffees, teas, creamers, condiments. Everything was organized and neatly labeled. Even had free sunglasses and tar remover. Bathrooms were the same. Anything you could possibly need organized and labeled. Lots of towels. Really loved the downstairs fridge. Didn’t have to lug things for beach upstairs to keep cold. There was anything you could possibly need for beach including a pop up. Unfortunately we lugged everything from home so hopefully you read this before you pack😎 Beautiful pool, although we were too worn out from beach to use it. Best place we have stayed in last 7 years. ❤️
