Holiday rentals with a fire pit in San Vincenzo

We stayed at the house in Pineta at the beginning of June. Very pleasant experience. The house is wonderful, very spacious and well furnished. The garden outside, immersed in the pine forest, is beautiful. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners always in the garden. The kitchen is well stocked, we were always able to cook what we wanted. The free beach is a 5-minute walk away. We'll be back!

We had a fantastic stay thanks to the hospitality and enthusiasm of Barbara and Emmanuele, who were kind enough to spend unforgettable moments with us, despite their work obligations. The apartment is impeccable: clean, tidy and well organized. Their house is well located in southern Tuscany, not far from cultural and archaeological centers such as Vetulonia, Massa Marittima or Grosseto. Beautiful beaches are only 1/4 of an hour, 20 minutes by car, such as Follonica or Castiglione. In short, if you pass through the area, really don't hesitate, go for it! What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home! The area is very quiet and the property is completely fenced, which makes it ideal for our dog. The house is perfectly equipped and very clean. We really enjoyed spending the evenings on the spacious terrace and in the lounge. The free charging station for our electric car was a really generous and practical extra. Francesco and your family were incredibly attentive and friendly. You immediately feel the warm atmosphere and your hospitality. I highly recommend your home and you as a Host. Sylvia was an amazing host from the beginning! She came to meet us at the check-in and made sure all our needs were met any time of the day. She was very sweet and made us feel right at home! The place has a very nice hot tub facing the mountains and it gave us some beautiful sunset views! 10/10 would recommend!

We enjoyed Maria's great house. We were kindly received by Maria and her family, where we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and delicious cake. We were with 6 adults. There's plenty of room. It's great that every bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful setting with a lovely swimming pool among the olive trees and it is really equipped with all comforts. The charger for the electric car is also very nice. We picked up fresh bread every morning from the local baker in the village, 5 minutes away by car. Good base for the beautiful cities such as Lucca, Siena, Florence. The beach is also a great option. We felt very much at home. Maria and family, thank you for the wonderful time in your beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing views out to sea, rural location in bucolic Tuscan countryside. Dilvo was a very friendly host. The accommodation is very clean and functional, but the best part is sat having a beer looking out to Corsica and having a bbq in the beautiful garden.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

Wonderful place!!! An accommodation that seems to come out of a storybook. Many details that make the comfort and affection of Elba and Fabrizio to their land. From the attention upon arrival, its aromatics for the use of passengers, an impeccable pool and all the garden and children's games. A wonderful way to get to know La Toscana. Despite the language barrier, they were the first to use the google translator. A place to stay for several days

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

A beautiful spot on earth! Jenny, Angelo and their family are incredibly friendly and lovable people who immediately welcome you into their beautiful community. The property is tastefully designed, everything is homemade and the apartment is very clean and has everything you need. A place where you can sit together and exchange ideas, help each other and spend a very relaxed and quiet time. Jenny always gave us great tips and was very helpful. The sea is about 40 minutes away and easily accessible by car. The nearby lake is a great place to relax, and the nearest village for shopping is also not far away. We extended our stay and would have liked to stay much longer. We will definitely come back.

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Chris, we would love to come back to your oasis and can hardly imagine Elba without you. Love B+S

Bernice and Emiliano were great hosts. Friendly, thoughtful and helpful. Place was perfect for touring the area. Was clean, tidy and comfortable. Extra thoughtful for the daily bread they arranged from the local bakery. Check in and out was easy and hopefully we’ll be back soon! Highly recommended.

A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

The porcupine's den is surrounded by greenery, we were looking for peace and tranquility and that's what we found. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the porch because the day was gray but I am convinced that in the summer it is a small paradise with the pool, barbecue and all the surrounding greenery. We found the house clean and equipped with everything, even the pan for chestnuts, the spacious bathroom and with a very useful anteroom for luggage. Getting there is easy and Massimo was very kind and very helpful, really an exquisite person. A stay to recommend.

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

Quiet, secluded cottage in the middle of the forest. Everything matches the pictures and the description. They were very nice, relaxed holidays. Even if it was 35 degrees down the coast, it was pleasantly cool at the house. It was a nice time. The landlords/hosts are very friendly and helpful. The pathway to the house leads via a gravel road, which is a little more difficult to drive on three climbs, but the residents also drive there with their small standard cars. An off-road vehicle is only recommended for the last 100 meters. But you can also leave the car in front of this climb, the hosts help them drive up their luggage, with their car. If you love nature and the forest and are looking for relaxation, this accommodation is just right for you.

It is a beautiful place and have been able to enjoy a beautiful sunset every night. The cottage was nicely decorated and met our expectations. Davide is very helpful and friendly and upon our arrival was filling the outdoor pool with fresh water.
