This was such a dream. If you want a beautiful, private place to relax and play out your medieval Italian fantasies, this is the spot. Gorgeous, walkable (though a steep hill) to the main part of town and all the delicious restaurants. And simply unbeatable views. Not to mention Rosalia is such a gem. I wish I could have stayed forever.

Anna Maria ed il marito ci hanno accolto al nostro arrivi nel loro angolo di paradiso . Un posto molto bello con una vista panoramica dall alto verso la scogliera ed il mare. Pratesi è a circa 8 km da Marciana alta e 14 da Marciana Marina. Si sta bene e si respira aria buona. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani non erano compresi nel servizio ma ci sono stati consegnati dall host. Consigliato a chi vuole stare in un posto tranquillo.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

Everything about this apartment was excellent. From the beginning, Irma was quick to communicate and always very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Of course, the view was beautiful. As a single woman, I felt safe to come and go at this location. It was convenient to the many Siena sites I wished to see. I highly recommend a stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in Poggio bei Babara. Babara ist super nett, herzlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Check In und der Check Out waren sehr flexibel und für uns total angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön! Es ist alles da was man braucht in der Küche, das Bad ist neu und sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Die Terasse auf dem Platz ist wundervoll. Die Aussicht ist toll und abends hat es eine tolle Atmosphäre. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Daher ist man sehr flexibel und gut angebunden. Das Örtchen ist sehr schön und die Restaurants sehr lecker. Babara hat uns sehr wohlfühlen lassen, danke dafür :) Dir liebe Babara, alles alles liebe und hoffentlich bis bald.

Eine tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mitten in der schönen Altstadt von Piombino. Valentina antwortete schnell und präzise; Check-In einfach und wir durften früher in die Wohnung, vielen Dank! Alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns über das Frühstück gefreut. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaubsbeginn zusammen mit unseren zwei Dackeln und wenn wir wieder nach Elba reisen, möchten wir's gerne wieder so gestalten.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und wunderschön gelegen. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Wir konnten Glühwürmchen, eine Wildkatze und viele andere Tiere beobachten. Die Unterkunft selbst ist noch besser als auf den Bildern. Einfach eine wunderbare Zeit gehabt. Aber das Beste ist die Gastfreundschaft von Francesco. Er war hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Letizias Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt gelegen am Rande von San Gimignano mit Blick auf die Stadt und auf die toskanische Landschaft. Wir konnten durch Letizia vergünstigt auf dem Parkplatz nebenan parken, was sehr praktisch war. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso “l’alloro” per cinque giorni (quattro notti) e ci siamo trovati molto bene. I proprietari sono cordiali, ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni utili per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Il luogo è riparato e molto tranquillo. L’abitazione è confortevole e pulita. Con noi c’era il nostro cane di taglia grande e non abbiamo trovato difficoltà. Nei paraggi c’è il lago dell’Accesa, molto comodo, ma in ogni caso non eravamo troppo distanti dalle spiagge di Follonica. Un’ottima esperienza.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico grazie all'ospitalità e all'entusiasmo di Barbara e Emmanuele, che hanno avuto la gentilezza di trascorre dei momenti indimenticabili con noi, nonostante i loro obblighi lavorativi. L'appartemento è impeccabile : pulito, ordinato e ben organizzato. La loro casa è ben situata nella Toscana meridionale, poco distante da centri culturali e archeologici come vetulonia, massa marittima o Grosseto. Belle spiagge son a solo 1/4 d'ora, 20 mn di macchina come Follonica o Castiglione. Insomma se passate in zona, veramente non esitate, fiondatevi ! una caro abbraccio Brenda & Francesco

Angefangen mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung bis zur leider viel zu schnellen herzlichen Verabschiedung (wir waren 10 Tage da) fühlten wir uns in dem herrlichen Anwesen von Nicoletta mehr als wohl. Dieses wunderbare, herrschaftliche Haus aus dem 14. Jahrhundert ist ein Schmuckstück, hoch auf einem Bergrücken mit prächtiger Aussicht gelegen, welches durch die künstlerische Art von Nicoletta zu einem Kleinod von Historischem über Modernem bis hin zu Künsterlischem äußerst geschmackvoll gestaltet ist. Wenn man in solch einem Herrenhaus wohnen möchte, sollten einem die zwei hohen Etagen keine Mühe sein. Aber mit der Zeit stellt sich hier ein gewisser Trainingsfaktor ein. Betritt man das parkähnliche Grundstück, öffnet sich zunächst ein schönes Eisentor und man wird auf einem von Oleandern, Palmen und Blumenrabatten umsäumten Platz empfangen. Hier anschließend öffnet sich der Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen, Froschteich, Pavillion und natürlich einem herrlichen, sichtgeschützen Pool, der zweim

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

La villa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e accessoriata davvero di tutto , sembra di essere a casa propria Il giardino e la terrazza sono splendidi , la vista incantevole e spazia dalla Corsica ( si vede tutte le sere il tramonto) all’isola d’Elba sino alle coste dell’Italia Gli innumerevoli tavoli e sdraio fanno gustare ogni angolo del giardino in modo diverso , la recinzione è comodissima per chi ha cani … i miei sono stati benissimo e si sono goduti il soggiorno correndo e giocando ed è stato molto rilassante il saperli al sicuro Nei dintorni c’è un piccolo alimentari ed un panificio , Sant’Andrea è un piccolissimo paese con una spiaggia stupenda La custode e l’host sempre disponibili Un’esperienza davvero da ricordare Grazie ai proprietari della Villa che hanno pensato davvero a tutto :)

Lovely house in a beautiful area. Pool was used a lot as the weather was hot. Andrea was very responsive and helped out with some great local suggestions. We had a very enjoyable time and had everything we needed. Slept so well, beds were super comfortable!

No tenía idea que me iba a encontrar, desde el año 1991 no visitaba la región. Pero con el correr de los km y a medida que me iba acercando, cada vez me gustaba más. Los recuerdos no me habán fallado. Encontrar el lugar, fué una experiencia, el cartelito indicativo, muuuuy pequeño, y tapado por plantas,jajjaja, me he reído mucho, pero las décadas de recorrer la Patagonia, donde NO hay carteles, me enseñó que todo se encuentra. Susanna estaba esperándonos, y el trámite de recepción fué fácil y sin problemas. El departamento, típico de una zona rural. Medio rústico, medio decorado rústicamente para hacerte recordar que estás en el campo. Nos encantó, porque atrás de esa fachada, estaba super completo. El jardín, espectacular, y por las tardes el perfume invadía la atmósfera. La situación geográfica, nos pareció muy buena. No hay nada cerquísima, tampoco demasiado lejos. A nosotros nos pareció correcto y la tranquilidad del lugar...envidiable !!! Internet, funciona perfecto. Volveremos.

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

La casetta di Sara è perfetta per staccare dalla frenesia della città. Immersa nelle campagne toscane, il silenzio soprattutto la notte la fa da padrone. Il giardino è comodissimo per i cani, con la possibilità di mangiare fuori e godersi liberamente lo spazio verde lasciando i 4 zampe liberi di divertirsi. A soli 10 minuti dal mare, è nella posizione ideale! Grazie per i consigli e per l’aiuto, Sara è stata fondamentale per risolvere un problema di “carica batterie rotto” consigliandoci dove comprarlo di Domenica! Grazie dell’accoglienza, torneremo sicuramente!

Blown away, we will be back many times

Las vistas son impresionantes desde todas las estancias, especialmente desde el balcón, que se convirtió en nuestro rincón favorito. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo unos minutos a pie de los principales puntos de interés. Apartamento super bien equipado, no echamos nada en falta, con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas cómodas. Mirko y su familia fueron unos anfitriones excepcionales. Sin duda, un lugar al que q nos encantaría volver!

Francesca è un’ospite presente e deliziosa così come il suo appartamento: fiori freschi al nostro arrivo, piccole attenzioni e grande disponibilità. Insomma tutto perfetto per chi vuole staccare e immergersi nella natura!

We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!
