Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Own apartment on our farm in Hagestad village on the countryside. Built in 1850, completely renovated July 2019. Self-catering. Fully equipped kitchen. Towels and sheets included. Garden with barbecue. 3 km to supermarket, pharmacy, health center etc. To Malmö and Copenhagen just over an hour's journey. 6 km to white miles of beaches. Art, culture and foodexperiences beyond the ordinary around the corner.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
