In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Naboens heste og dyrene kommer udfra skoven og græsser, mens I sidder og nyder morgenmaden. Pak fiskestangen og gå de 950 m ned til kysten med de enestående klinter og fang din egen fisk. Gå en tur over Sangstrup klinten til Hjembæk, hvor I får et kig ned i havstokken og måske har cafeen åbent, så I kan nyde en is med en kop kaffe imens i finder fossiler.

The house has 64 sqm. well-appointed accommodation spread over two floors. There are two terraces and a lawn with the most beautiful view of the sea and forest. 15 min. walk to a cozy harbor with restaurants, cafes and shopping. It is not far to Grenaa center, which has a large selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and cultural experiences.
