Fishing boats dock in front of the door on the wharf, and you hear the seagulls – real Baltic Sea feeling. You can also use the roof terrace (from mid-April), which is perfect for a relaxing evening overlooking Wmünde.

Unsere moderne große & helle Wohnung in Kühlungsborn bietet reichlich Platz für 4 - 6 Personen. 1 Wohnzimmer mit einer großen Terrasse, 1 Küche die reichlich Platz bietet zum Kochen mit Freunden, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 großes Bad mit Dusche & Badewanne, 1 Gäste / WC. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet vom Kaffeeautomaten bis zur Spülmaschine. Das kleine Highlight für schlechtes Wetter ist eine PlayStation 5 die genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig.

Die Ostsee ist in 14 km erreichbar, Wald und Wiesen auf der Kühlung - der Jakobsweg führt durchs Dorf und der Wanderweg startet vor der Tür. Die Rehe springen am Rand der Pferde-Koppel und wer genau schaut, sieht den Fuchs und je nach Jahreszeit die Wildgänse oder Kraniche über den Hof fliegen und der Hahn kräht. The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.
