This brand new 2-room apartment awaits you with a fresh & modern design. The location is very good: Walking distance to bus and S-Bahn and very close to BER airport. Nevertheless, the surrounding area is a quiet, friendly neighborhood. You can start your day with a coffee on the balcony and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. The apartment has a comfortable double bed, a large smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and everything you need. The completely new bathroom is equipped with a shower and of course I provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo. The apartment also offers space for a third guest with the comfortable sofa bed. Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the building.
