Der große, noch recht wilde Garten mit einladender Terasse und großer Markise laden zum Entspannen ein. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Waldrand und ist ideal für Gäste mit Hund, die tagsüber die Stadt erleben und abends im Grünen entspannen und Spaziergänge im Wald machen möchten. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse, Schlafzimmer mit Boxspring-Bett, modernes Badezimmer und einer offenen Küche. Der Garten steht zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung.

The 4 room apartment is located in the heart of Brandenburg and thus in the middle of idyllic nature as well as in the immediate vicinity of Berlin (12 min to the city centre by train) and Potsdam (Sanssouci Palace). It is fully equipped so maintaining yourself is easy. My accommodation is well suited for couples (#berlincity), single travellers, adventurers (#döberitzerheide), business travellers (#messeberlin) and furry friends (pets) or bike enthusiasts.

The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

A visit to the parrots in the bathroom is also worthwhile. There is enough space for a family with children. A large courtyard invites you to play and a meadow to romp around. Everything is available and much more. The spacious terrace invites you to cozy evenings. A barbecue is also available.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
