In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, a children's room with a bunk bed, a beautiful bedroom, an accessible shower room is part of the apartment. Also the technical equipment is with LCD TV, blue ray player, dishwasher and WiFi is to a high standard. The apartment also includes its own south-facing terrace with awning. From 01.04.-31.10. the municipality also charges a tourist tax (currently €2.50/p/d).

Directly at the marina you can walk on the promenade towards the beach. (Only about 100m from the apartment!) Restaurants, playgrounds, beach, ice cream parlor, fish sandwiches, cafés & a grocery store are in the immediate vicinity! It is designed for families with 1-2 (small) children!

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
