From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The access road is unfortunately a bit bumpy, but easily passable at low speed. Please use Maps to find out more about the location.

"Berg-Budse" Charming Harzhaus in Wildemann

In Wildemann, the "Little Tyrol" of the Harz, this charming Harz house from 1899 is located directly on idyllic hiking trails. Located on the slope and near the forest, it was extensively renovated after we bought it in 2021/2022. The "19-Lachter-Stollen" attraction is a few steps away, and there are many shops and restaurants in neighboring Clausthal-Zellerfeld. From the point of view of sustainability, our "Berg-Budse" is lovingly furnished with a mix of old and new things.

Du hast die wunderschöne Altstadt (lohnt sich sehr!) nicht weit entfernt, viele Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür, einen Wasserfall und See, und vor allen Dingen das schöne Weltkulturerbe Bergwerk direkt vor der Nase. Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Es gibt mehrere kleine Inseln wie z.B. unsere Leseecke oder Kaffeebar. Für die Kinder sorgt ein kleiner Spielbereich und Sandkasten. Der 700m2 Garten bietet viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden oder einen gemütlichen Abend am Lagerfeuer.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
