Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. On the upper floor of the house is the approx. 100 sqm apartment, which is perfect for relaxing in the countryside or exploring Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath from here. Both excursion destinations can be reached in only 20 minutes by car. Alternatively, there is a bus stop within walking distance with connections to Hamburg.
