This is a basement apartment in my personal home with its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. Parking is on the street in front of the house and there’s a concrete walkway that takes you down to the entrance. It’s a studio style apartment with your own thermostat, a king bed, ceiling fans, over 500 sqft, and a fenced backyard for your pup if you bring one. Property is also within 1.2 miles of Oconee Airport, 0.7 miles to a dock, 1.5 miles to the grocery store, and less than 1.3 miles to Y beach public parking (avoid game day traffic if you are coming in for football). Close to everything in Oconee, Pickens and Anderson Counties.

Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

Freshly renovated condo at the sought after Tall Ship condos in Keowee Key. This is hands down the best unit the complex has to offer with amazing views. Enjoy grilling out on the patio overlooking the marina, walking on the trail, or relax in the pool which is only a short walk away. This is truly a paradise. Guest boat slip is available at the marina for boats or jet skis. Slip is $50 per day. Recommended to book one month in advance.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Getaway on Lake Hartwell: Pontoon Rental, Clemson

Our 3 bedroom house is located on Lake Hartwell and is just a 15 min drive to Clemson University. You can enjoy access to the dock and beach which are a quick golf cart ride away. We have paddle boards on the dock and kayaks, coolers, bagged ice, fishing poles etc upon request. Off the back of the detached garage there’s a furnished screened-in deck with a grill that overlooks the end of the cove and fire pit below.

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson.
