There are about 700 meters to the shopping opportunity as well as bakeries. Cozy and peaceful garden where no facilities are to be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including at Donssøarna. There's also a bike path to Kolding.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

The house has a kitchen/living room with dining table for four people and a sofa bed, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer and oven. In the garden, there is a furnished terrace with the option to eat outdoors and enjoy the surroundings. There is free parking and WiFi for the house.

Lejligheden er på ca. 100m2 med aircondition. En hyggelig stue med brætspil, sofa, PS4, smart TV og alt hvad man skal bruge til madlavning. Der er opvaskemaskine. Vi har 3 charmerende og nyrenoverede værelser med sengeplads til 5 voksne, samt en vugge og en weekend seng til børn. Vi har 3 hunde og 1 kat, og kæledyr er velkomne, så længe de er under kontrol og ikke er i sengen. Vi deler toilet om natten, men ellers er det 100% jeres.

The apartment is about 75 sqm and contains living room, two bedrooms, small hallway, kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher and toilet/bath. The apartment has five bedrooms and a baby cot. The apartment is 700 metres from Kolding city centre and has a garden down to Kolding River. There is parking on a quiet public road. We welcome you all!

Unique beach summerhouse with panoramic views

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.
