We rent out a ground floor apartment with separate entrance.Bedroom with large double bed, combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed for two people. The sofa bed is suitable for babies up to about 12 years. Equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker. Hand counter. Toilet with sink. Shower/outside with hot water is directly adjacent to the apartment entrance. Neighbor with the city park with playground and 4 min walk to ICA, pharmacy, gym etc. Close proximity to beach and harbor with restaurants, cold bath houses etc.

Charming own guesthouse in the heart of Skanör.

In the heart of old Skanör is this unique farmhouse in 1922, which has been gently completely renovated in 2022. The farmhouse is about 20 sqm, plus sleeping loft. It is 500 meters to Ica and 1 km to a mile-long amazing white-corning sandy beach with blue flag, which includes several restaurants and cold bath houses with a sauna. Minimum length 3 nights. Towels and sheets are not normally included, but can be arranged in advance with some compensation. Cleaning if desired, SEK 500 applies. Check-in at 15.00. Check-out at 11.00.

My place is close to the beach, restaurants, food, nature and the harbor. You'll love my place because of the outdoor space, proximity to city center and communications. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). The place is small and best suited for two people, but I do allow 4 people. Two beds, one of 90cm and one of 120cm. 90 bed as bunk bed with fall protection. No more spaces than what is shown in the pictures. Entrance over the main building's patio.

Welcome to rent a bright and newly built guesthouse with a central location on beautiful Falsterbonäset. The house is surrounded by greenery and secluded from the main residence with its own porch, outdoor furniture and barbecue area. By bike, most are reached within 4 to 10 minutes, ranging from padel courses, Falsterbo pier/beach, Falsterbo Horseshow and golf clubs on one side of the nose and nice restaurants, cold bath houses, Skanörs harbor/beach, etc. on the other side of the nose.

We had a really nice time in the Tiny House! It was super cozy, clean and furnished with a lot of love – you can immediately tell that hosts are at work here with heart. The surroundings were simply fantastic – totally quiet and in the middle of nature, exactly what we needed. The contact was also super friendly and uncomplicated. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come again at any time. Absolute recommendation – thank you for the great stay!

Our stay here was amazing! The accommodation is incredibly nice and fresh, and the host couple is very hospitable and helpful. The house is well located and even the bikes we got to borrow are close to both the city and the harbor where you can eat at nice restaurants. Marty and Petra have an eye for detail and a high level of service. 10/10, we will be back!

We had a great stay in this beautiful, very clean and cozy house. The kitchen is well equipped, the living area is bright and friendly, and the three bedrooms are comfortable and inviting. Marcus was a great host – super friendly, quick to reach and very easy to communicate with. The location is perfect: quiet, in a beautiful residential area, and just a few minutes from the beach and golf course. We had bicycles with us, which is ideal in Falsterbo - there are many well-developed bike paths, and shopping facilities are quickly accessible. Falsterbo itself is a small town with fantastic beaches, a small harbor and nice restaurants. Malmö and Copenhagen are not far away and absolutely worth a trip. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is in a quiet residential area, it is very clean, the bed is comfortable and there is everything you need for a short stay. Check-in was hassle-free. Only the TV on the dining table bothered me. It looks different in the photos. But that's a small thing, I felt comfortable.

The place was exactly as described. It is very nicely equipped. Andreas is a great host, very friendly and reliable in communication before and during the stay. We were even able to use bicycles, which you can use to quickly reach the beach. Good shopping nearby. We arrived by train and bus, bus stop very close to the property. We felt completely comfortable, were warmly welcomed and received helpful tips. The place is highly recommended. Many thanks for the wonderful stay at Andreas and his family.
