In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Cozy cottage near the forest and ocean - newly renovated 2023

Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a blend of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air/air pump, hob and fridge/freezer. Freshly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor with Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör harbour is 1.8 km away and has several cosy restaurants. ICA store open 07-23, 700m. Flommens Golf Club is about 3.7 km away. In Falsterbo there are also some restaurants, café and a small ICA shop.
