Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Welcome to Lilla Huset! In this unique and quiet guesthouse you have everything you need for vacation or just a bed for the night. There are short distances to nice beaches, Malmö and Copenhagen. It is only 10 minutes to the ferry in Trelleborg. Double bed in the loft upstairs. Bed linens and towels are not included. It is possible to rent for €20/set Note: There is a sleeping loft upstairs with a narrow and steep staircase. Welcome❤️
