Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit there and enjoy the sea breeze!

Nära till matbutik, värdshus och Sveriges sydligaste udde, Smygehuk med kaféer, butiker och konstutställningar. Den fina lokala badplatsen har brygga, fina sandstränder endast några km bort.
