Cozy house on large plot in rural surroundings, the house is renovated in 2019, appears bright and welcoming. The house contains large angular living room, nice kitchen, bedroom with double bed, charming bathroom, back hallway and hallway. 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and on the repos there is a sofa bed for 2, as well as a workspace. The house is located on large natural plot with possibility of outdoor activities, nice closed terrace, and good possibility of parking on large gravel paved courtyard.

You get close to nature. You have easy access by car to everything from this perfectly located base in the rural idyll, with 10km to shopping. The apartment is 500 meters from the highway, and has 800 meters to lovely Hindemade/Pamhule. Hindemade/Pamhule has an 18km MTB trail in stunning and challenging forest area. 58 km to Legoland and Lalandia 35 km to Danfoss Universe 30 km to Kolding Storcenter 45 km to the German border At the apartment itself, not much happens, as the apartment is in the countryside.

There is a living room kitchen bathroom two double bedrooms. Pluds a Loft with 2 beds. Hemsen is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with duvet and pillow - high chairs - changing pillow in the bathroom A bath tub for children. TV with internet. Outside there is a table with chairs and barbecue. Dream bed can be borrowed if there is an interest in it There are fly screens on all plastic windows. There is no fly net in the roof windows.

Gå ned i gear i denne smukke hytte med sauna ved skovkanten – perfekt til vandreture, cykling eller ro med en bog. Hytten har eget køkkenhjørne, bad, wc, sauna og hems, med plads til 4 (sovesofa + 2 madrasser). Alle sovepladser er i ét rum. Hytten står tæt på vores stuehus, men har privat indgang. Brænde til ca. 1 times sauna er inkl., ekstra kan tilkøbes. Der er en vandslange til cykler. 500 m til skov og MTB-spor 7 km til købmand 8 km til den lokale by Haderslev 1 t til lufthavn/Legoland

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Summer house close to Jels lake, golf course and Hærvejen.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Huset ligger i gå afstand til Jels Sø, hvor der er mulighed for at bade, fiske, sejle m.m. 1,2 km derfra ligger Royal Oak Golf Club og alle byens indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder er også inden for gåafstand. Gæster har adgang til hele boligen privat overdækket terrasse, parkering og en lukket indhegnet have. Huset har en perfekt central beliggenhed til udflugter i det sydlige Danmark. Hunde er også velkomne.

Unique location in a scenic area by the sea

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Small annex with small kitchen, located about 800 meters from a great beach/fishing and ferry departure to Barsø. Several beautiful beaches in the area, holiday center with pool and e.g. mini golf just around the corner. Forests and beautiful nature. 8 km to Stor climbing park. 18-hole golf course just across from the house. ½ hour to the German border. 10 km to Aabenraa. 3 km to shopping and pizzeria Pets are no longer allowed after 8/15/2021

The city is surrounded by nature, has a cathedral and cozy streets. Close to the highway.
