Fully renovated apartment (75 m²) in a historic house (former barracks from the 18th century) with several residential units directly on the city wall overlooking Lake Neuruppin. The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Apartment in an external location

The apartment is on our small, secluded farm where we and our animals live. It fits 2-4 people, but possibly also more, with a sofa bed, crib, mattresses and/or camping outside. The apartment has a south-facing window to the garden, where animals sometimes graze. You can also relax and make campfires there. The swimming area is a 10-minute The "Spur der Steine" bike path passes here and is nice for inline skating and cycling.

Our barn de Lütt offers a couple or a small family enough space to spend a few relaxing days in the countryside at any time of the year. Directly behind the barn invites you to linger in a large garden with seating, grill and fireplace as well as climbing scaffolding, swing and sandbox. In the immediate vicinity is the waterfront, the monastery church of St. Trinitatis and the Fontanetherme.

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
