Fully renovated apartment (75 m²) in a historic house (former barracks from the 18th century) with several residential units directly on the city wall overlooking Lake Neuruppin. The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Between the idyllic Lake Neurupin, the pretty city of Potsdam and the lively capital Berlin, you will find a modern, cozy apartment. It is 5 minutes by car from the A 24. The furnishings are comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. You have a small enclosed garden. You could also camp there. Everything Brandenburg has to offer is right outside the front door. Apartment in an external location

The apartment is on our small, secluded farm where we and our animals live. It fits 2-4 people, but possibly also more, with a sofa bed, crib, mattresses and/or camping outside. The apartment has a south-facing window to the garden, where animals sometimes graze. You can also relax and make campfires there. The swimming area is a 10-minute The "Spur der Steine" bike path passes here and is nice for inline skating and cycling.

Our barn de Lütt offers a couple or a small family enough space to spend a few relaxing days in the countryside at any time of the year. Directly behind the barn invites you to linger in a large garden with seating, grill and fireplace as well as climbing scaffolding, swing and sandbox. GREEN GABLES is a guesthouse and bolthole for anyone looking to escape city life and recharge their batteries. Owner, Galina Green, offers the perfect environment for you to finish writing that essay, article or novel or to enjoy a birdwatching weekend or simply a place to just "be". The holiday rental is in one half of the house but has a separate entrance, own terrace and open fire place.

Staying by the lake

The apartment has a bedroom and a large living room with kitchen, of course a bathroom. Everything is practically and comfortably furnished. The small kitchenette has a stovetop with oven, fridge and everything you need for self-catering. A cozy sofa invites you to relax and you can have breakfast and barbecue on the large outdoor terrace.

Enjoy peace and comfort in the apartment. We also have space for bicycles. This centrally located accommodation is a 5-minute walk from a swimming meadow, a 10-minute walk from the cultural church and the cultural house "Stadtgarten." Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
