The house, independent, is very central and very nice, with everything you need. Jolena is very kind and very helpful.

We spent 5 nights ar Vittorio's place and were very satisfied. Spacious house with big garden. As we travel by car and with two large dogs, the space outside the house was perfect for us. The garden is fully fenced and private. Large terrace with a roof. Just take some mosquito spray - as the island has water all around, they are vicious there - in case you feel like sitting on terrace in the evening or take a stroll around the island.

We stayed with Roberto for 5 nights and had a wonderful holiday. The house is perfectly located in the old town, everything is within walking distance. The kids loved the big bunk bed, everything was totally clean and lovingly prepared. Roberto gave us a flexible check-in, responded instantly to all questions, and even escorted us to the parking lot. He also had great tips for us. Thank you for everything, we highly recommend Roberto!

The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a small kitchen equipped with everything and a bathroom with a washer and dryer, on the upper two floors the two double rooms with bathroom. Everything is brand new and very clean. Perfect location for those who want to get around Chioggia, in front of the port but in a quiet and quiet area. Roberta was very kind, gave us tips on where to eat, and prepared permits for the car since the house is located in ZTL. There were 5 of us, including 4 adults and a little girl (who had her bed in the room on the second floor). Roberta even made us find water, coffee, and typical cookies. If we were to come back, I would definitely have no doubt...I would choose Roberta and this fantastic little house again!

Great house, inspiring both from inside and outside, carrying a historical zest but also had everything we needed for a week of staying and cooking. We were travelling with friends to visit the exhibitions, this was a perfect location - easy to reach by vapporetto and away from crowds, with lush green garden and lagoon view - amazing sunset. Lorenzo and Alessandra were very responsive and helpful. Very much recommend!

We felt very comfortable in Paola's apartment. The location in the middle of the old town is simply great! Amazingly quiet, and just around the corner you are in the middle of the cheerful bustle. Supermarket right around the corner, and a great bistro almost right in front of the house. In addition, the wonderful fish market is two minutes' walk away... We cooked very tasty! It was also great that we were able to store our bikes so well. We were on the beach in ten minutes. Paola was very friendly and always available. We would recommend the apartment at any time. 👍

Very clean and welcoming structure with all the services! In case of doubts or concerns, he was always active, too bad we were only there for one night because it was like being at home! The apartment is in the heart of Chioggia, among the streets, in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is small and very cute, cozy and clean. The kitchen is comfortable and well stocked, the bathroom is clean. There is a room with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Perfect place to visit the city and its surroundings.

We had a great stay at Elsa’s place. The apartment is spotless, comfortable and in a great location. I would recommend getting the parking too, since this way you have your car in a safe spot. If you want to visit Chiogga, Elsa’s place is highly recommended.

We stayed three days in Barbara's apartment, two adults and two boys and a small dog. Everything as described: spacious and clean apartment in a very central area. Barbara was very helpful and allowed us to check in early in the morning and gave us all the information we needed. He also provided us with a permit to access the ZTL area with the car, where the accommodation is located, for convenient loading and unloading of luggage. One thing to note (which does not depend on the host): in the event of demonstrations in the area, the permit loses its validity (June 2nd event for the Republic Day) but we still had the opportunity to enter quickly to load. We had a wonderful stay at this charming, spacious, and authentic apartment in the heart of Chioggia. The location couldn’t be better – everything was within walking distance, from beautiful sights to great restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself was full of character, very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Laura was a fantastic host – warm, welcoming, and always ready with helpful recommendations that really enriched our visit. We’d love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chioggia!

Valentina and Christian were perfect hosts as well as the location they manage. Attention to detail and always available to give suggestions. Attention to the guest is their strength as well as the flexibility of check-in and check-out.We appreciated the apartment but also all the services offered including children's games, free bike rental and parking. Highly recommended experience! We will be back!

The host responded quickly to questions we had about transportation, etc. Unfortunately, the accident happened during our trip and we needed to visit the hospital. The host gave us advice about hospitals, how to get there and was genuinely caring. Thank you for the loan of your apartment, we had great days on the beach in Sottomarina, strolled in Chioggia and experienced Venice. Tip: if you are in Sottomarina for several days, we recommend that you rent a bike as a guest to easily get around the area.

The attic apartment is small and cozy. The balcony is relatively large and relaxed. Unfortunately, the parking lot is about 200 m away and is located directly under a pine tree (resin stains). Above all, the lively central location with plenty of shopping & dining options as well as the proximity to the beach should be emphasized. We also thought it was very good that we could use bicycles to ride over to the old town of Chioggia.

Loredana's place is a 5" walk from the vaporetto in a charming neighbourhood of traditional Lido houses. The setting is quiet & the appartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our few nights & hugely appreciated the friendliness of our host who made a busy Venice visit for the Biennale easy & relaxing.

We had a wonderful week at this charming house with our child. The first floor is designed as a well-equipped apartment with access to a terrace and a quaint garden. The location on the island of Lido is ideal: a quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes walk from the vaporetto to Venice, with good restaurants accessible nearby and the beach 15 minutes walk away. A big thank you to Carla and her husband for their warm welcome, availability and valuable advice throughout the stay. We appreciated their responsiveness and kindness. We loved this peaceful break and would definitely recommend this place!

Quiet, yet centrally located apartment in Chioggia-Sottomarina. Bus departure to Venice from Piazzale Europa in Sottomarina!

The space is highly recommended. We felt very comfortable. From the parking lot we were picked up by Fabio and taken directly to the property. Everything was clean, towels and linens would be provided for a small extra charge or you take it yourself. Communication went great. The value for money is very good. Centrally located to the center, a small walk to the beach is necessary. We recommend the place and Chioggia. Very friendly people, also very child-friendly.
