Close to the city center, 500 m from the lake, beaches (free bus to beaches in summer) and 200 m from the bike paths. (possibility to rent 2 bikes, with helmets and locks at the price of €8/day/person, discounted prices, contact me). The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
