I stayed at Katka’s place with my 2 sisters and 2 cousins for the weekend. Katka gave us a tour of the accommodation on arrival and explained some simple rules on using the pool-spa which were very helpful . We had an absolutely fantastic time here , her place was very nice, clean and spacious for 5 people. We really enjoyed the pool-spa area , taking the covers off was a real giggle and putting them back we laughed more, so be careful. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the sea front , where we found lots of cafes . We had an evening meal at The Crab Shack which was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was really lovely and sitting looking out at the sea was a bonus. Thank you Katka for making us feel welcome, oh yeah and thank you for the cakes on our arrival, delicious 😋 Will definitely recommend your accommodation to other people and look forward to to seeing you in the future Kind regards Jane & family 🤗

The Bungaloo is ideal for a 2 person stay. Well equipped, clean and tidy. Kath is a great host. Communication with her was great, friendly and helpful, especially when I somehow managed to murder the toaster! Bed was comfortable and the shower was really good. Everything we needed was supplied, with a great welcome pack. Waking up to the sound of the birds in the aviary was great. It’s a minute walk to the Jolly Sailor where you can get a great meal. A few more minutes and I’d recommend the Old Sardine Factory. The seafood chowder is to die for. There’s a great deli and a Spar shop a minute away. It’s a 10 minute walk over the bridge to East Looe. Sarah’s Pasty shop do the best pasties and Martin’s Dairy do delicious bread. Easy for the coastal path to Talland or Polperro. We got the bus to Polperro from next to the fire station and then walked back. We’ll definitely return as we loved our stay so much.

We had a fantastic few days in Cornwall visiting friends. Pat and Tony’s place is lovely and in a very quiet spot. The owners were very flexible with check-in and check-out rules. There was even some homemade jam and bread for our breakfast. Tony was very welcoming. We would return any time. The place is tucked away and not very easy to find, but the instructions were clear. Using the “What3Words” app would have made it even easier. I did add the place to my favourites in the app in order to find my way back in the dark.

Gorgeous place with everything you'd want to have a cute little weekend away!! hot tub was set up so all we had to do was pull back the cover and hop right in. Kitchen had everything needed to cook whatever meals you fancy. Just a 2 minute walk away from the local and less than a 10 minute drive out to the moors.. perfect!!

The annexe was private and contained everything that could be needed - and a bit more. The room is compact but it makes the most of the space. The bed iscomfortable, the shower ispowerful, and the breakfast was delicious. We liked that there was no TV in the room. Despite being a tad tricky manoeuvring into the parking space, being only five mins from the town centre and ten mins from the sea front meant we didn't need to use the car during our stay and having parking was a bonus. A 'loo 'repair' was needed whilst we were there and Ruth responded immediately. All in all, a good place to stay and excellent value.

We've thorougly enjoyed our stay! Hilary ans Graham are the perfect hosts and know how to make their guests feel Welcome and at home. The flat was spacious and clean, the kitchen exceptionally well equipped (we've stayed at a lot of Airbnbs during the past couple of years and the kitchen at Hilary's really stood out, which made cooking for our family of four easy and fun!). Cereals, fruit,bread, milk,..were there on our arrival and were very much appreciated. The girls loved the little garden and playing outside. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, Hilary took the girls to the stables to visit the horse- they were absolutely delighted!! Hilary and Graham are very friendly and sociable without being intrusive. We'd love to stay at their place again!

Richard and Mo were great hosts and provided us with all the information required to meet our expectations. Richard met us on arrival and it was lovely to have the basics for breakfast provided for each morning, which was an added surprise and very welcomed. This facility was perfect for my wife as she has mobility issues, and the Airbnb is all on one level with walk-in shower, so made moving around was made so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here, and will look to rebook for our next visit to Devon.

Steve and Sally were excellent hosts. They provided us with local produce on arrival (the bread and eggs were amazing!) Their dog was very friendly towards our dog and the location was perfect as we were close to our family was also staying down the road.

Lovely little annexe, perfect for a little weekend getaway and only 5min drive from the sea front. Easy flexible check in and out and everything you would need for a short break too 😁 thanks for the stay.

I stayed for three nights in this accommodation, it was perfectly located for me because it was near to family. It was also not too far away from town or too far away from the Moor and all of the outdoor activities. The place ticked all the boxes for me, clean, quiet and in great condition. Pip was a great communicator and couldn’t be more helpful. It’s my second time staying and next time I’m in the area I’ll be happy to stay again.

Very enjoyable stay, comfortable and more spacious than photos showed. Peter and Joanna were friendly and helpful. Convenient location to explore Launceston and reasonably priced.

Absolutely loved staying here. Very stylish accommodation in a brilliant location. Minutes away from beautiful walks and pubs by the estuary and convenient for a train into Exeter City Centre. Host is friendly and responsive and really adds that personal care touch. Will be my first choice to stay when visiting Exeter/ Devon.

Lovely AirBnB, everything you need to be self sufficient for a few nights. Comfy & cosy but enough space so you don't feel cramped with two of you staying. It's walking distance down into the town, with a big hill on the way home that isn't as bad as we thought it might have been. the location is great and is very peaceful overlooking the fields and their garden is lovely, so is Teddy the dog. Thanks for a great stay!

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Beautifully decorated throughout, so many homely, thoughtful touches, the most peaceful beautiful scenery and such warm, welcoming hosts. You really couldn’t wish for more. This was our second visit and we’ll certainly return. Everything throughout is so carefully thought of, from beautifully soft linen to indulgent soap and toiletries, I can’t rate our stay highly enough and would recommend Clare for a Super Super host if this was an option. Thank you both so much.

This was my 2nd stay and was just as perfect as my initial visit. Mary and Martin are welcoming and friendly. The cottage is peaceful,comfortable and well appointed with everything one might need. The access to the garden is an additional delight. I had a great stay and will book again . Michele

We stayed in the Ford studio for 7 nights and everything was perfect. The studio is well equipped with kitchen, living room, bathroom and super comfy bed. We really did feel at home. Tanya was super friendly and always available and we made a new friend, Tanya’s little pooch called Chata. The location is in a little sleepy village with easy access to the a roads if you wanted to venture out and explore the Jurassic Coast. A fabulous stay and we highly recommend, and if we’re are in this part of the world in the future we will definitely be staying at the Ford studio. Thank you Tanya!

Our stay at Barbara’s accommodation was absolutely perfect. The house was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel right at home. We had a fabulous stay at Lizi's accommodation - it was absolutely perfect & Lizi was most helpful - loved the Hot Tub in the lovely private garden. We will definitely be back !!

Amazing stay ..exactly like the photos . Breathtaking views . A real treasure! Perfect location. Bed was so comfortable. And although so central to the main area it was very quiet and peaceful at night. Will certainly be recommending to friends and returning in the future !
