An ideal ‘base camp’ as you explore the National Park and surrounding area. Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the hottub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just take in the majestic Pen y Fan as you plan (or recover from) your ascent.

Sunset Shepherds Hut

A self contained secluded luxury Shepherds Hut sleeps two near the Brecon Beacons national park with delightful valley views. Situated on a small working farm eight miles from Junction 49 at the western end of the M4. Enjoy the seclusion of the farm and walking opportunities in the area as well as the local attractions in East Carmarthenshire of castles, stately homes, gardens, local villages and towns. Further afield are the beaches and beauty spots of Swansea, the Gower and Pembrokeshire.

The Herdwick Hut

Luxury Shepherd Hut. Location on the edge of the Brecon Beacons national park and within half a mile of the Cats back mountain on an Alpaca Farm. Breathtaking views.Inside you will find the Herdwick Hut has beautiful finishing's and incorporates a double bed a hob, sink, fridge and en-suite bathroom. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. When it comes to location, Tilly's Cwtch has the most beautiful position. Nestled within 10 acres of woodland and meadow on a small holding with no other accomodation, apart from the owners farmhouse. A tranquil, peaceful setting to unwind from the stress of modern life. Lovingly built to the highest modern standard. With the convenience of underfloor heating, highly insulated and a real wood burning stove. 35 minute drive to the beach.

Shepherd's Rest

Shepherds Rest is a newly refurbished and charmingly decorated 2001 registered Iveco stock lorry. Originally used to transport sheep from farm to farm, before retiring from duties hence where the name Shepherds Rest has originated from. It has been given a new lease of life offering a slightly different glamping experience, creating a warm, cosy and inviting place to stay. Situated overlooking the Black Mountains at the Southern tip of the Brecon Beacons National park on a working hill farm.

The Gambo

The Gambo is a traditional Shepherd's Hut with all the modern comforts you need for a relaxing break. It has a king-size bed, a fitted kitchen, full size fridge, wood-burning stove and bathroom. There is a 2-seater snuggler settee to relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the countryside and nearby coastline. Outside is a firepit, table, chairs and a Jacuzzi hot tub. Star gaze the unpolluted night sky. Relax and rejuvinate by booking a session in the sauna and cold splash pool!
