Casa Anita was definitely a highlight of our Italian holidays! Vincenzo was supper attentive and supportive. We were greeted upon arrival personally by him and received tons of good tips. The apartment has everything one needs on vacation. Everything is new and thought through. Location is perfect. The apartment is in the epicenter of beautiful Italian evening and beach is about 15min walk. Most importantly, is the hospitality we have received. Casa Anita is not just Airbnb but a true community of ppl enjoying good vacation. We have started our trip with the wine and treats Vincenzo gifted, and washed out clothes (with provided washing capsules). Special thanks for that. We have even got a sun umbrella to borrow during our time in Terracina. Thank you so much for a such home like stay ❤️

We had wonderful days in Terracina. Azzurra was very nice, always provided great help and responded quickly to inquiries.

The only drawback is the parking, because it is located on a street without parking along the road, and it would be better to specify the flight of stairs to go down to the room, but otherwise it is nice, clean and comfortable.

What a fantastic place to stay. Walkable to beach and town. Pasquale went above and beyond to help us with the washing machine coming over at 7pm, what a champion! house had everything you need (including welcome wine & biscuits!). Would definitely stay again 100% 5 star!

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

The villa was an area of beautiful solitude. It was very beneficial for my health and I was able to rest. The swimming pool, roses, and trees were all loving taken care of, and the beautiful energy on the property is not able to be described.

The perfect house, the perfect village, the perfect hosts. Sermoneta is magical and this house is the perfect place to explore it from. The house matches the photos exactly, it was spotlessly clean. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We really felt like locals - we got to know the local baker and cafe owner- and our son spent happy hours playing football with the local children. This is the most perfect and picturesque location - and a wonderful experience of an authentic Italian village

Delightful accommodation in the old town of Itri. Completely renovated on two levels, although small, bedroom and bathroom are very comfortable and spacious. Equipped with all the comparisons and courtesy kits, it will be difficult for you to need more! Anyway, the host is available for needs and suggestions.

We booked here to visit Rome. This is recommended, the train runs without a change and for €3 per person to Rome. Check-in was super flexible and easy. We felt right at home at the place. Valeria is communicative and nice. She explained everything to us and is also happy to help with many concerns. The rooms are as shown in the pictures and everything is clean. There is a good parking facility on the property with a gate in front of it. We also liked that there was a supermarket directly under the accommodation. In short, everything fits here. Great stay. Very much to recommend.

We loved this stay , a beautiful place conveniently located between the beach and historic sites. They were flexible with our check in time, responded quickly and had dinner recommendations. La Laconda was excellent! Wish we had more time here. Would definitely recommend!

Francesco was a very friendly and helpful host who knows a lot about the history and sights of Gaeta. Communication with him was excellent and timely, his friendly offer of a later check-out and the storage of my luggage until my departure was extremely helpful. The apartment is strategically located between the harbor, beach and old town in a picturesque historic alley, it is very comfortably furnished and the two terraces were a highlight for me. Highly recommend!

Clean, tidy , quiet apartment despite being a stone's throw from the streets of downtown. Equipped with two TVs with Netflix. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare lunches/dinners to eat in the delicious and intimate outdoor garden. Antonio is a very helpful person for any advice. We had a great time. Highly recommended
