Holiday rentals with a patio in Spoleto

Welcome home!! From the beginning, we felt so incredibly comfortable! Daniele welcomed us warmly, there was olive oil and wine as a welcome gift!! The location is an absolute dream. Far from mass tourism, this pearl is nestled between vineyards and olive groves. We enjoyed the peace and quiet so much, the icing on the cake was the pool in the hot temperatures! La Bulletta is the ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful Umbria. An absolute plus is the water pressure;) I have thick long hair and it has never been so beautiful and easy to wash, better than at home!!! Thanks to Daniele, his sister and the incredibly adorable parents for 7 days of absolute rest and relaxation away from everyday life. We'll be back, for sure

Great location, responsive hosts, lots to do in the heart of Assisi. What more can you ask for? Wonderful place to experience the deeply religious experience of St Francis' hometown!

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

We were 14 people and the host accommodated us in large and comfortable rooms. He explained to us where to go and what to do in the area in great detail. We were well taken care of and the host was also very responsive on the phone. The property is located among the hills of Umbria and is surrounded by a beautiful countriside, but with an easy access to Todi. The location is very peaceful and we had a wonderful, relaxing time, living la dolce vita!

We had a great stay here, and would definitely come back. The apartment is modern and spacious, but the star is the rooftop terrace with stunning views. Leonardo was always easy to reach.

Excellent choice for a weekend out of town, the view and sunsets on the lake were the icing on the cake. Riccardo is super helpful and very friendly; we were also greeted with a jar of honey as a welcome. The apartment exactly as I expected, clean and everything very tidy. I'll definitely be back.

A lovely place to stay in a beautiful setting within easy walking distance of beautiful Assisi. The apartment was really well laid out for the 2 of us plus our 2 dogs, with beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy the weather and the surroundings.

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful week-long visit. I wish we had stayed longer. The villa is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, with modern amenities and appliances but also has some very nice antique furniture and decor. The outdoor patio is really amazing, with views of distant Tuscan hills and farms, olive and cypress trees - a great place to eat and relax outdoors. Nearby Arezzo is a great place to visit. There are many interested museums, churches and places to visit in the older section of the town (including the Basilica di San Francesco with frescoes by Piero della Francesca), but there are also more modern parts of town with shops and restaurants, and ample parking. The villa is also within easy driving distance of many other surrounding towns (such as Cortona) and places to visit. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the olive oil that is provided and made from the trees growing on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Cannot say how happy I was to stay at Ilvas! The apartment was extremely clean and neat, beautifully decorated. The view and quietness were superb and the location was within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Was very quiet and homey. Highly recommend Ilvas place!

Very comfortable house, with everything you need. Everything in the house was easy and pleasant. Easy to park next to the house. It is an excellent base for getting to know Umbria

My sister and I absolutely loved Stefania’s gorgeous apartment! It’s a pretty, central location in the old historic walls of Spello…and so charming in every way! We’ve never had a stay where absolutely everything has been thought of, and so many lovely fresh supplies provided. Stefania supplied everything from sparkling water, fresh fruit, pastries and biscuits, coffee and tea…as well as cereal, juice and yoghurt! You could happily have breakfast in the apartment…the supplies were just SO generous! The bedrooms were both very spacious, with beautiful bed linens and furnishings throughout. Great Airconditioning, although it was barely needed with the cool temp in the apartment…and having a washing machine and drying area let us catch upon our travel washing. Stefania went to a lot of trouble to give us recommendations (and directions) for local bars and restaurants, and was just a fabulous host all around! We’ll definitely be back again!!

Lovely apartment in a peaceful location. The house was very nice and well furnished. Martina (the host) has been very proactive in providing us all the necessary furnitures for the baby (baby seat and coat) and other info to check in and moving around the area. Recommended!

I was in contact with Federica more than six months before arrival. She helped me with questions I had about the environment, was interested and was pleasant even though I flooded her with a lot of questions all the time she answered kindly and quickly. The night before we came, I asked if there was an iron in the apartment. Since there wasn't one, and Frederica understood that it was important to me, she went and bought one. In the refrigerator, eggs, milk, and even avocados awaited us. There was a tea, a butter and bread fight. Quality bath soaps and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. She was really waiting for us to come.
