In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

An Bord gibt es einen kleinen Gaskocher mit Kaffee, Tee und dem nötigen Zubehör – perfekt für euer Frühstück direkt auf dem Wasser. Not far away is Tropical Island, the Spreewald, Lake Scharmützelsee with Bad Saarow and the Polish market in Slubice. Hunting and fishing facilities are also available.

In den umliegenden Wäldern kannst du wandern, du kannst im nahegelegenen See baden oder angeln. Nicht weit vom Haus entfernt ist ein Kanal, der direkt zu den Fließen des Spreewaldes führt.
