The lovingly furnished apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a three-party house in Stade Kopenkamp with 2 sides of views over rooftops & treetops, quiet yet central. Whether the beautiful old town or the nearby idyllic lake, everything is within walking distance, also the train station & supermarket in about 13 minutes' walk. The charming old building apartment, newly renovated, is ideal for two or three. A sofa bed offers an additional sleeping space.

Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating as well as cable TV. A high chair is also available. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden, an open terrace, and a barbecue.
