For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. The apartment is about 81 square meters, very bright and friendly, parking is on the property and also on the street. A large terrace, facing south, can be reached directly through the living room. Transport connections to Berlin are within walking distance in about 15 to 20 minutes, shopping facilities are several in the vicinity. Please read the house rules.

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly.
