Here you live newly renovated with an orangery as a kitchen and living room. The property is located in quiet, older blocks a few minutes walk from Lund C, the cathedral, university, city park, sports field, etc. It's a great fit for a family 4-6 people or colleagues on a business trip. There are three bedrooms on the lower floor and two spacious bathrooms with toilet & shower as well as a separate small toilet with sink. Adjacent to the orangery there is a patio. Good wifi. Parking in the area (6kr/hour daytime, Sunday no fee).

En svensk Logcabin, efter förebild från Colorado. Sitt på den klassiska verandan och betrakta vår Japandi Garden och Koifiskarna i dammen. Laga mat, Sitt och njut, eller sov gott i skön och rofylld miljö. Finns en mycket bra Italiensk restaurang i byn. Bra kommunikationer. OBS! Järnvägen ligger mycket nära, vilket kan vara störande för den som sover lätt. Vid behov av fler sängplatser finns en lägenhet att hyra i anslutande byggnad. Rökning i stugan och på tomten är absolut förbjudet!

Guest house with great views close to nature

Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of the Bjäre peninsula. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It sleeps 23m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm wide (1-2 people) and in the living room a 90 cm bed/sofa (1 person).
