The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The apartment contains 2 good large bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and an older retro bathroom. The tenant has the entire first floor to himself with his own entrance. Our basement apartment offers everything you need for a 2 persons stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for small meals, there is a smaller dining area in the room, along with a double bed. Toilet separate from the bathroom and laundry facilities in connection with the bathroom. Private entrance with key box in case we are not home to greet you.

Fra terrassen kan du nyde udsigten over Bøgestrømmen. I sommerhuset er der fiber forbindelse så der kan surfes/streames. I stuen er der ligeledes et mindre tv. Der er trampolin og bålsted.
