Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Perle am Stich (5 minutes to the lake)

A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Peace, sauna, forest walks, lakes and relaxation! We rent our natural property near Rheinsberg - almost 100 km from Berlin. There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. It is surrounded by dense forests and at least 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, tranquility, a wooden sauna with a bucket and stunning views over the alder forest.

Seehaus Rödd

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.
