Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Welcome to our modern new building on the outskirts of town! The spacious house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an extra toilet and plenty of space to feel good. Please note that a tourism tax of €2.60 per person per night is payable on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. It has a private entry trough the garden. The public transport is just 15 minutes away and it just takes another 20 minutes with the train to the city center. Leobendorf it self also offers a lot of beautiful places, for example the castle Kreuzenstein, which you can explore walking.

The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are cozy with box spring beds. Next to the house there is a large playground for children and a swimming lake. Quickly in the center and still in the countryside. Ideal for tourists, business travelers, families with children and groups of up to 10 people.

Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.

Our beautiful country house is nicely located at the heart of the Lednice-Valtice area, an UNESCO protected region famous for its wines, its palaces and its natural environment. The house is 10 minutes walk from the main square of Valtice, where you can find cafes and restaurants, but conveniently located at the edge of the village, surrounded by wines and fields, and just at the start of the popular wine route.
