The apartment is on the courtyard side and is located on the ground floor in a beautiful refurbished Biedermeier house and is for the exclusive use of guests and is suitable for up to 4 persons. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a box spring bed (160x200cm) and a separate sofa bed (140x200) The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower, sink, towel dryer, hair dryer and soap. The apartment is newly renovated, spacious and exudes the old Viennese charm.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

The apartment consists of: A beautifully decorated living room, that includes a foldable couch fitting up to 2 people for sleep. A well-equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms: The master bedroom is provided with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is provided with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are separately accessible. Second bathroom with a double basin and large shower, giving enough space for all guests.
