The terraced house is located in the quiet and green municipality of Bönningstedt and borders Hamburg. Two guest rooms with three and four beds each are available. One guest room measures 12 square meters (2nd floor). Bed (1.40 x 2.00 meters) + folding bed (0.80 x 1.90 meters). The second guest room is in the attic (1.80 x 2.00 meters) + 2 mattresses. Access via a folding staircase. In the converted basement there is a hobby room with table tennis table and dumbbells (5-22 kg), yoga equipment, etc.

Various cafes, restaurants, shopping, ports, cinema and museums surround you in this listed half-timbered house on 4 floors. The train station towards Hamburg and Cuxhaven, where you can be by train in about 1 hour at a time, is also not far away either. DOW, Airbus, AOS and the highway 26 can be reached in a few minutes. The holiday home called"Schnuckenbau" is just 3 minutes on foot nearby to the Nature Park Luneburg Heath. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.

Our cottage is about 96 sqm and is totally quiet and is ideal for up to 5 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 hallways, as well as a very sunny living room with terrace and fenced garden and garden sheds and is not far from the Baltic Sea. Beautiful wooden floors and great colors and pictures invite you to linger. Downtown is only about 900 meters away and the forest and the first fields are just a few steps away.

Live in a stylishly furnished townhouse in Lübeck city center between Wakenitz (part of Lake Schaal/Ratzeburger See) and the old town - 130 m² to feel good. The historic old town of Lübeck, UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a few minutes' walk away. Unique for the city center is the location on the water. You have the choice of several natural pools. We have newly renovated our house in November 2024 It is a spacious and quiet townhouse with four bedrooms on three levels with about 125 square meters. A terrace with garden and parking spaces are available. In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, bus stop.

Our vacation home has light-flooded, tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms and if it should be uncomfortable outside, the stove can provide coziness in the living room. There are 2 to 3 car parking spaces available directly at the house. A bread service is possible.
