Our cozy wooden cottage is the perfect getaway! The main house has a living room, dining area and kitchen combined in one, with a sofa bed for two. The bedroom has a double bed with a private entrance, and the bathroom offers a shower for peace and relaxation. From the kitchen, you can go out on a large wooden terrace – perfect for morning coffee and dinners. 4 min. walk to the beach/water and shared swimming pool in the summer. Chromecast, books and basic items such as shampoo, conditioner and coffee machine. Bring your own bedding and towels.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Sleep under the stars in a quiet setting. You will be staying in a large Lotus Belle Stargazer tent (Ø 6m), with access to the dirt toilet and fresh water, fire pit and barbecue (firewood and gas can be purchased). The tent is undisturbed in a rural setting, close to both fantastic beach, cozy harbor environment and forest. There is no traffic and with a good opportunity for a quiet retreat from everyday life. Listen to the birds, feel the grass between your toes, enjoy the peace. There are tame, curious free-range hens. Welcome!

Birkely Bed & Breakfast er et charmerende nyistandsat gæstehus på 38 kvm med lækkert badeværelse. Huset er flot og hyggeligt indrettet med køkken, spisebord, stor dobbeltseng og lænestole. Der er direkte udgang til privat terrasse, hvor der er udsigt til mark og skov. Vores gæstehus ligger naturskønt, tæt på skoven og kun 3,5 km fra Præstø By og havnen med dens restauranter, cafeer og ishuse. Der er mulighed for at købe morgenmad, som bestilles ved ankomst. Rygning er ikke tilladt på ejendommen.

Cozy house by the sea

This thatched cottage from 1805 is located by the sea as the last house on the pier in a small village. You can go for wonderful walks in nearby forests or you can just sit in the garden or inside the house and enjoy the spectacular view - on three sides of the house your view will be the sea. Inside the small and cozy house you will find two bedrooms with double beds. But if you prefer to sleep ‘outside’ in the garden annex there is a double bed waiting for you here (the red painted room).
