We had a really nice stay. We were welcomed with fresh vegetables from the garden and everything was very straightforward. The apartment is more than it promises in the advertisement. It is really very cozy and the beds very comfortable. The TV is an Apple TV and you can log in to the well-known streaming providers if you want to watch TV. The surroundings are really beautiful and there is plenty to explore. The neighborhood is quiet and you can relax wonderfully on the terrace - even in the rain.

And here are our tips for vacationers who will book the "Charmigt gårdshus söder om Göteborg" after us: Åsa Kustpromenad - Åsa Näsbobrok - Onsala Gottskär Kungsbacka. Here is our special highlight: Marstrand, an archipelago island above Gothenburg.

A small but very cute guesthouse. The surroundings of the house are very nice. Lots of nature and beaches where you can enjoy it. We loved it.

We are very happy with our visit! Incredibly quiet and pleasant plot, with nice green garden, pool, and good tomatoes! Anne and her husband were really nice and welcoming! The house we stayed in was cozy, and filled all the needs! Thank you for our stay, hope to see you again! :)

My daughter spent 3 months in the accommodation to do her graduation internship. The accommodation is very well equipped, matches the photos, very pleasant to live in and located in a green, residential and easily accessible environment. Johanna and her family were very friendly and did everything to make the stay easier. We sincerely thank them. We would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic!😊 We had some wonderful days. So calm and peaceful. The view of the sea was so beautiful. We were very happy with the cabin. It was like staying in a hotel.

The guest house was absolutely excellent for my visit. I had a short travel distance to customers and partners in the city center, and the opportunity to take a great trip on roller skis to Jonsred and further into the valley. It is also possible to fish salmon in the river that runs through Partielle. I'll test that next time. I must add that it was very quiet and easy to fall asleep on the sofa bed. Olav

We had a wonderful stay at Leif’s cosy house. The view over the lake is breathtaking and the house was clean with everything you need, including a very comfortable bed with lots of pillows and blankets. It has a cute outside terrace and the garden with the grass and trees is beautiful and peaceful. We really loved it!

We are super happy with our stay at Mats's place! Come to Gothenburg to go to Håkan Hellström and if you are looking to have walking distance to everything, this may not be a perfect fit, but for those of us who didn't mind staying a bit from the city it was perfect. Taking a taxi into the city center/ullevi took 10 minutes and it was incredibly affordable. Great house and garden, a nice terrace to sit on once the sun looked out. The cottage was small but really had everything you can wish for. Mats reached out well in advance of our stay with clear instructions and was always quick to respond. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to go to Gothenburg but still have some peace and quiet 🥰

Åsa is a gem , my kids where very happy they had decided for 2 nights but extended to 3 nights the whole place and atmosphere is paradise, peaceful and wonderful, definitely booking again soon

A very modern, small house in a quiet residential area about 30 minutes south of Gothenburg. Despite the changeable weather, we felt very comfortable and welcome with our two dogs! The house offers everything you need and is equipped with neatly and intelligently distributed storage space. Due to the size, we see it as perfect for a couple/maximum two travelers. Communication with Philip and Gunilla was great - very friendly and proactive. We would definitely book it again.

Everything met our expectations! Cozy cottage on a cozy plot. We especially liked the cool chickens that roamed freely! Very nice hosts. Close to bus connection, it was quick to get to Gothenburg!

What a wonderful place Linnea and Oskar have created! This cabin is just a dream! Stylish, cozy and beautifully located. Gothenburg is just a short drive away with plenty of great restaurants, cafes and other activities. We wished we could have stayed longer!

What a marvelous place! 5min walk to the ocean and the forrest but still with a lot of Stores near by. The time in this peaceful and beautiful place will be in our minds for a long time. we definitly recommend it.

A friend and I stayed here for a long time as part of an erasmus program. I recommend this accommodation 200%. It's well located, very well equipped and modern, and the hosts are very friendly and available. We didn't lack anything.
