Altefähr - seaside resort on Rügen on the Strelasund

The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected almost all year round by ferry directly to the historic harbor town of Stralsund opposite. The house is part of the Sonnengarten vacation park, just two years old and with the most modern amenities. Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

In Alleinlage neben unserem Bauernhof findet ihr hier eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung, in der sich auch eine Großfamilie mit Oma und Opa wohlfühlen. Ebenso haben zwei Familien mit Kindern Platz, die sich auf dem anliegenden Spielplatz austoben können. Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

In our spacious but cozy bungalow you can spend an unforgettable time with the whole family - not far from Devin Beach (about 200 m) or the nearby recreational area of the Devin Peninsula (800 m). The Alte Försterei is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest - ideal for enjoying peace and quiet. The apartment is very cozy and open. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness.
