In Alleinlage neben unserem Bauernhof findet ihr hier eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung, in der sich auch eine Großfamilie mit Oma und Opa wohlfühlen. Ebenso haben zwei Familien mit Kindern Platz, die sich auf dem anliegenden Spielplatz austoben können. Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Arrive and feel at home Our hostel offers space for up to 11 guests – bookable as a group or individually. As a self-catering house with a well-equipped kitchen, the "Alte Heuboden" invites you to linger. A shared dormitory on the upper floor features three double alcoves, two single alcoves, and two comfortable sofa beds. Accessible sleeping options on the ground floor in the shared kitchen. It's still really dark here at night, so you can see the Milky Way.

In our spacious but cozy bungalow you can spend an unforgettable time with the whole family - not far from Devin Beach (about 200 m) or the nearby recreational area of the Devin Peninsula (800 m). In the large sauna overlooking the garden or directly by the fire bowl, the evenings can be spent very comfortably. The location is perfect for excursions to Stralsund or the island of Rügen.

Alte Försterei

Winter Special: Ice swimming in a swimming pond at a water temperature of 2 degrees Celsius 🥶. The Alte Försterei is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest - ideal for enjoying peace and quiet. The apartment is very cozy and open. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.

The manor house offers an unforgettable stay with its charming apartments and lovingly designed representative rooms. Enjoy your stay in the lovingly furnished and spacious Georg suite. The suite, named after the last landlord, has two bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub, all with its 85 m². From here you can let your gaze wander over the entire estate.

The nature reserve overlooks the magnificent views of the island of Rügen. Rare herbs and plants can be discovered here. Sights such as the Ozeaneum and our old town are popular places. About 400 meters away is a beach with a small pier.
