Hairdryer, shampoo, soap, towels/linens are provided. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.4 x 2.0 m). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and wheels are available.

The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
