Die 90 Quadratmeter messende Wohnung direkt am Strand verfügt über eine klare, moderne Einrichtung, ein durchgängiges Eichenparkett mit Fußbodenheizung für die kalten Monate und Flächenkühlung für den Hochsommer sowie raumhohe Fenster für eine helle, freundliche Atmosphäre. Über die großzügige Terrasse sind es nur wenige Meter zum Sandstrand von Pelzerhaken. Mittelpunkt der Wohnung stellt der große Wohnessbereich mit Meerblick dar, mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Eichen- Esstisch, großem Ecksofa und Flachbildfernseher. Die qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionskochfeld und Stein-Arbeitsplatte verfügt über außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum für sämtliche Einkäufe, damit der Besuch eines der fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants für gutes Essen eine gute Option, keinesfalls aber ein Muss ist. Für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgen zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,80 breitem Doppelbett bzw. zwei separaten Einzelbetten. Surrounded by greenery: Our vacation & wooden house surrounded by the small pony farm. The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

"Sonneneck" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and within walking distance of the sea. Large windows open up the view of the garden, nature and tranquility included. Up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) can feel at home in approx. 60 m². Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be booked in a relaxed manner, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes on foot. Linen packages can be booked at an additional cost, early check-in & late check-out on request.

BehrenSCHLAF I vacation home

BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. A double bed as well as a folding sofa bed allow 2 guests to sleep comfortably, but 4 people are also possible. Looking forward to seeing you soon! Your Behrens family

Das neu renovierte Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage der Rosenstadt Eutin, 50 Meter neben dem Wasserturm.200 Meter bis zum Großen Eutiner See. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Marktplatz. Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Gemütliche kleine Holzhütte auf Bauernhof, mit Tieren und nettem familiären Ambiente mit geteiltem Badezimmer. Im April 2024 renoviert. Ostseeküste ( Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer Strand, Plöner See, Karl-May-Festspiele Bad Segeberg) sind nur 16 bis 22 km entfernt und bequem per Rad oder Auto zu erreichen. Eigene Bushaltestelle am Hof. Lübeck, Bad Segeberg, Plön oder Eutin nah bei. Umgebung mit Seen lädt zum Fahrradfahren und Wandern ein. Hütte ideal für 1 bis 2 Personen geeignet. Haustiere möglich!

Haustiere sind ebenfalls in einigen Ferienwohnungen herzlich willkommen. Achtung: Die Wohnungen A + B unterscheiden sich nicht von der Ausstattung oder vom Stil. Lediglich der Blick nach draußen kann minimal abweichen.

Welcome to our cozy apartment on Lake Nehmser. The renovated apartment is located in the annex of our family house and has been lovingly modernized. In the light-flooded living-sleeping area, a double bed (140 × 200) awaits you, which can be reached via a staircase into the attic (see photo). A maximum of one child can stay downstairs in the living-dining area on the sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen and a shower room are provided, as well as a charging station for your electric car.

A place to feel good in Felde near Kiel

A small 38 sqm apartment in the thatched roof house with shower bath, kitchen, breakfast and workstation as well as wallbox. Lots of peace, beautiful nature and fast internet. A garden with barbecue area for exclusive use. Kiel can be reached in 15 minutes by car or after a 15-minute walk and 15-minute train ride. The swimming area of Westensee can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Baltic Sea beach in Kiel-Schilksee is 27 km away. Your electric car can be charged at the wallbox.

Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

The family's horse breeding tradition is centuries old. You are also welcome to bring your horse and enjoy lessons up to the highest class - or just the remarkable East Holstein hills.
