The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Quiet 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with Saale view It is an apartment on the garden level with a private terrace overlooking the Saale. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

The garden grows over my head. From autumn to spring, it's time to prune the trees and bushes, collect the wood, and wear it on the Benjee hedge. In the summer it is the clay building or a foundation. Sometimes carry a few things from A to B. There are always thousands of things to do. A lot is better for two or three. You help me relax about three hours a day. The rest of the time you enjoy the nature, the construction trailer, the sauna and life.

We, a young family with two children ( 1 & 5), have a small ecological winery and from May 22 have furnished a small cottage among vineyards. Idyllically located, you can look at Lake Bindersee and enjoy the tranquility there. From there you can start great excursions, for example to Seeburg, Lutherstadt Eisleben (20 min drive) to Halle (20 min drive) or to the Harz ( 40 min ride) or simply start a tour by bike directly around the sweet lake.

Spend great evenings cooking or relax in the bathtub with a view of the starry sky. A bedroom with a double bed (1.40m) and a sofa bed (1.40m) as well as a sofa bed (1.30m) in the living room offer the opportunity to stay overnight for up to 5 people. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
