Tavistock is fifteen minutes away a lovely old market town. Cotehele is owned by the national trust and is about ten minutes away beautiful gardens.

Inside is a gas hob, table, benches, sofa and a bed upstairs. Outside is a fire pit and large gas bbq. Shared hot shower. Flushing toilets. Water.
